What is Dream World, And What Causes Dreams?

What Are Dream World? What Causes Dreams?

In Dream World, with whomever we are interacting are not real people. It’s a part of us, and we control them, which means whatever they talk to us is a reflection of things going in our mind. Dreams are fantasies and pictures that our minds create while we are asleep. They can be Exciting, Pleasant, Romantic, Painful, Scary, and sometimes Strange.

I know that almost everyone would reply yes, and that some of you would even believe that the Dream World is more real than our daily common reality.

A few months back, I recall having a dream. I was having a good time with my grandfather. He was so happy and acted differently. By the End of the Dream, my Grandfather left with his new family. I found myself feeling unbelievable. I was overwhelmed with sadness in my dream that I actually discovered tears on my pillow.

While in my dream, I thought this was truly real and at no time found this was just a dream. According to Stimulation Theory, anything and everything we experience with the 5 Sensory Memory – See, Smell, Hear, Taste, and Touch is not completely real. They are only data that has been coded by our consciousness into something.

The Dream World is simply another virtual reality that our consciousness can stay in, although temporary. Also, do you know why dreams are so changeable and malleable and never really the same? It’s because we all design and create our Dream World and are typically the only consciousness to access it.

Every night we dream, although we may not recognise everything, our minds are continually building up new views for us to get in engaged

Have you ever observed the details in your dream?

Like, how do our minds make decisions on the spot? Plus, where do all the views and pictures come from that we’ve never seen in our life? It’s because our Brain can design the entire New World from scratch, and all this is delivered through our Subconsciousness. That’s how powerful we are.

The Strangest Secret in 1956. A spoken word recorded by Earl Nightingale, the American author, who sold 1 million copies and received the First Gold record for spoken words, he remarks, “Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion one day becomes a Reality”.

The Geography of the Dream World and the things we do, like Flying, Jumping off from Buildings, Being Killed by a Knife or Bullet, and not feeling pain, is because it regulates separate rules set than our everyday life. e.  Our everyday world has determined rules set for everything, methods and procedures don’t change much.

What does Dream Vision Mean?

Dreaming is a way of working out our obstacles and assisting us to discover and grow in the real world.

Several times the higher consciousness systems that run our simulations render the Dreams that we usually experience in daily life. These dreams will drag us into a situation that examines us by playing on our ego or self-esteem and our fear. If we constantly make wrong choices or decisions, we will experience that same dream, over and over until we pass the test.

Our Virtual Dream is not to disturb or to frighten us. They exist many times only to guide us. Most of the crowd dream in colours but, some also dream in Black and White. Dreams are not easily memorised, except when we wake up from REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement). Still, dreams can be immediately forgotten and disappear from our memory, except we really try to memorise them or note them down.

What are Lucid Dreams?

We also experience Lucid Dreams. In these dreams, we have massive control over our thoughts and actions as if we are directing a movie. It’s like you know that you’re dreaming while you are asleep.

Dreams are surely influenced by our daily life.If we need something like Love, Friends, Sex then we are more prone to dream about those interests.

If we possess some fears or concerns, then we will feel them too in our dreams. Dreams are just to guide or teach us to overcome our fears or whatever obstacles we are engaging in our daily life.

When that teaching is studied, that same dream usually stops and begins a new one. This is how it goes. Our dreams work continuously to develop our level of consciousness by making sound decisions in our everyday life.

What are Nightmares and Their Symptoms?

Nightmares are known as Bad Dreams that carry strong feelings of stress and fear. They are associated with negative emotions, like anxiety or fear that wakes us up.

We have Good Dreams, Bad Dreams, Neutral Dreams and Nightmares. Nightmares are Bad Dreams, so bad that a person can wake up in the middle of the night. Generally, we remember Dreams, not all the things, but a few things like, What was the scenario, How was the feeling, were we able to move fast or run fast from something dangerous.

Nightmares are common in children, but they can appear at any age. You are more likely to have a Nightmare in the second half of the night. It may rarely happen or regularly. A nightmare may include these symptoms:

  • Your dreams may appear to be real and quite upsetting and become more painful as the dreams reveal.
  • You may get scared, disturbed, sad as the theme of your Nightmare is linked to a warning of survival.
  • Your heartbeat may increase, and you may sweat in bed.
  • You can remember clearly after waking up.
  • Tiredness and Problems in working.
  • Lack of concentration or memory recall.
