We all have a sense of self-awareness, even if our identities aren’t clear. However, we will only be capable of understanding the genuine nature of ourselves after constant effort. That is self-discovery, and this is the only search in our spiritual life.
This is what The Bhagawat Gita is teaching me. The Cocoon process is the method for reaching this state of consciousness, and what is changed is our concept and perception of ourselves.
The Bhagawat Gita is linked to all areas of life, mental, physical, moral, and spiritual. According to the Gita, the first step in our growth is to create a well-defined personality.
When a person’s personality is unstable, confused, and messed up with the outside world, he experiences inner conflict and disagreement, and as a result, he lives an aimless and depressing life.
In The Bhagawat Gita Chapter 2, verse 3 is one of the closest to my heart, “क्लैब्यं मा स्म गमः पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते। क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप।।2.3।। which means, Oh Partha, give up this unmanliness, it does not suit you and not worthy of you, O Chastiser of enemies, rise up and give up this petty weakness of the heart. (2.3)
Lord Shri Krishna tells us that ignoring our faults and complaining is unworthy of respect. Have faith in yourself, respect yourself, rise up and get ready to fight the battle of your life with your inner strength.
If you desire to:
- Expand your spiritual awareness
- Develop your self-awareness and perception of other people
- To be the best version of yourself
You have entered the right place!
